Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Selah Pilates & Wellness (“we”) handles information in connection with this website at https://studio.mstogo.com. It covers this website only. It does not cover anything we may do offline at the studio, and it does not cover the separate services we link to.

What this website collects

This website is a single marketing page plus these text pages. It has no accounts, no contact form, no newsletter signup, and no payment processing. We do not ask you for your name, email address, phone number, health information, or payment details anywhere on this site.

We do not set analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels on this site, and the site does not store anything in your browser to identify you or to remember you between visits.

Information handled automatically

Like almost all websites, pages and media files are delivered over the internet by our hosting and content-delivery providers. To deliver a page those providers necessarily process technical request data such as your IP address, the page requested, timestamps, and your browser user-agent string. This is standard server and delivery logging performed by our providers; we do not use it to build a profile of you.

The scrolling video on the home page is streamed from our media hosting provider, so loading the home page also sends that provider the technical request data described above.

Booking through Mindbody

Every “Book” button on this site links out to our listing on Mindbody, a third-party scheduling platform we use. When you follow that link you leave this website. Anything you enter on Mindbody — including your name, contact details, class bookings, and payment information — is collected by Mindbody and handled under Mindbody’s own privacy policy and terms, together with the settings of our studio account there. Please review our Mindbody listing and Mindbody’s privacy policy before submitting information to it.

How information is used

We use the limited technical data described above to serve this website, keep it available, and troubleshoot problems. We do not use this website to advertise to you, to profile you, or to make automated decisions about you.

Disclosure

We share information only with the service providers that make this website work (hosting, content delivery, media hosting) and where we are legally required to do so, for example in response to lawful process. We do not operate an advertising network on this site.

Retention

We do not maintain a customer database through this website. Technical logs are retained by our providers for their own operational periods, which we do not individually control.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal information a business holds about you, such as the right to request access, correction, or deletion. Because this website itself does not collect personal information from you, a request about your class bookings, payments, or contact details is really a request about the records held in our Mindbody account. Contact us through the channel below and tell us what you would like, and we will handle it within the applicable legal timeframe.

This site does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and it does not respond to a Global Privacy Control signal because it sets no tracking to switch off.

Children

This website is intended for adults arranging classes. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from children through it.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. No website or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we make no guarantee to that effect.

Changes

If we change how this website works — for example by adding a contact form or analytics — we will update this policy and change the effective date above.

Contact

To ask a privacy question or make a request, reach us through our Mindbody studio listing, which carries our current studio contact details, or speak with us at the studio.
